These Terms govern your use of the FocusProfit website, the Trade Model indicator for TradingView, and the closed Telegram analytics group.

FocusProfit (the "Service") is operated through the website focusprofit.pro (the "Site"). The Service consists of:
Access to both is provided on a paid, subscription basis and delivered manually by our team after payment, as described on the Pricing page.
By submitting an application or making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details (Telegram handle, TradingView username) you provide during onboarding.
Subscriptions are billed monthly (with optional multi-month periods) and processed via Tribute, a third-party payment platform. After payment, our manager adds your TradingView account to the indicator's allowed-users list and/or invites you to the Telegram group, typically within 24 hours.
Access is granted for the duration of the paid period and is automatically revoked when the period ends unless renewed. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time directly in Tribute — see the Refund Policy for details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund of the current billing period, in case of a material breach of these Terms.
FocusProfit provides an educational and analytical tool, not investment, financial, or trading advice. The indicator and the analytics we publish do not guarantee profit, do not replace independent market judgement, and are not a substitute for professional financial advice.
You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. Past results discussed in our reports or analytics do not guarantee future performance.
All content on the Site and within the Service — including the indicator's code and visual design, analytics, reports, articles, and the FocusProfit name and logo — is owned by FocusProfit or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the indicator and access the Telegram group for the duration of your subscription. No other rights are granted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FocusProfit and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including trading losses) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Service relies on third-party platforms — TradingView, Telegram, and Tribute — which have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable requirements. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date in the notice above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by general principles of contract law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
