How the FocusProfit subscription is billed, how to cancel it, and what happens with already-paid periods.

FocusProfit access (the Trade Model indicator, the closed Telegram analytics group, or both) is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Payment is processed via Tribute, a third-party billing platform. You may also pay in advance for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, with the corresponding discount applied automatically at checkout.
Once payment is confirmed, our manager grants access within the standard SLA of up to 24 hours.
You can cancel your subscription (stop automatic renewal) at any time, directly from your Tribute account — no need to contact us first. If you have trouble locating the cancellation option in Tribute, you can also reach us at info@focusprofit.pro and we will guide you through it.
Cancelling stops future billing. It does not automatically end access to the current, already-paid period — see Section 3.
Access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. Once that period ends, access to the closed Telegram group and to the indicator on TradingView is automatically revoked — no further action is required from you.
Because access is granted immediately after payment (manual onboarding to TradingView and/or the Telegram group), we do not provide automatic refunds for the unused portion of an already-paid period. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, at no additional charge — we treat this as the standard remedy instead of a partial refund.
We consider refund requests on an individual basis in cases such as: a duplicate or accidental payment, a documented technical failure that prevented you from receiving access at all, or other exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, email info@focusprofit.pro with your payment details (Tribute receipt) and a description of the issue; we aim to respond within 5 business days.
Any approved refund is processed back through Tribute using the original payment method, minus any non-recoverable payment-processing fees.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most billing questions can be resolved faster directly with our team, and a chargeback may result in the immediate suspension of your access while the dispute is reviewed.
