A random 2021 bar on Netflix, weekly chart. Marked up by hand first: the trend from the last two ranges, liquidity in the discount zone, the monthly imbalance and the reaction from it, three questions, points A and B. Only then is Trade Model switched on to check the work. What makes this one different: the confirmation does not arrive on the first attempt — the condition is named in advance, price fails it, and the conclusion is not bent to fit.
We take a random bar in history, define the narrative, and read the market live — no scripts, just structure and facts.
1. The trend from the last two ranges
2. Liquidity in the discount zone
3. The monthly imbalance and the reaction from it
4. Three swings that can be swept
5. The condition named in advance — and failed
6. So we go lower and sweep both liquidities
7. The three questions of the plan
8. Points A and B
9. Checking the work with the indicator
10. Testing the hypothesis and the outcome
The first random bar was rejected: it landed on 2002, the very beginning of Netflix trading, where there is simply no history to the left of the bar. There is nothing to analyse there, so another one was taken. That is not a slip, it is part of the procedure.
The trend is read off the last two trading ranges. In the first one the reaction came into the discount zone and the impulse continued; in the second price has not reached discount yet — so it is worth watching.
The condition for a confirmation is named in advance and aloud: if price rises and holds above the level, a most traded volume zone forms. Price does not do it.
No confirmation means we go lower and sweep both liquidities. The conclusion is not bent to fit — it follows the market.
The plan is built only after the reaction on the monthly — from the new zone, not from the one we wanted to see earlier.
The indicator is switched on AFTER the manual markup. The order matters more than the result: otherwise it would prompt the answer instead of checking it.
This material is open: no application, nothing to pay. There is one paid product — the Trade Model indicator, and it is not on sale right now: we are taking signups for the queue.
