This page collects the public GER40 (DAX) market outlooks. An outlook is published before the move, its date is fixed by the TradingView publication, and once it closes the outcome is added — nothing is rewritten after the fact.
Below is how an index outlook differs from a currency-pair one, how it is put together and what the archive of closed scenarios shows.
GER40 is quoted in index points rather than currency pips: the distance to a destination is counted in thousands, not in hundredths. A structural reading survives that without amendment — an area of interest stays an area of interest at any price scale, while indicator thresholds would have to be re-tuned instrument by instrument.
The instrument is a European one: Frankfurt belongs to the London window of our session reference, alongside London and Paris. That is a fact of the trading calendar, not a claim about how price behaves — behaviour is described only inside a particular outlook.
In the plan of 21.07.2026 the interaction is recorded as a chain, the weekly fractal into the daily imbalance: the cancellation price is 25923.00 and the nearest destination is 21860.0, the low of the weekly range; the compression labelled LRLR is noted separately — a sticky delivery of price in overlapping steps. The set of areas changes from plan to plan: in the outlook of 22.04.2026 the same bearish scenario is counted from the monthly fractal.
Figures are carried over from the publication in the shape the publication printed them: 21860.0 keeps its single decimal because the source printed one. An added zero would claim a precision the source never had.
Some of the closed scenarios on GER40 are closed as not realised, and every one of them stayed on this page. A page showing only the plans that worked says nothing about a method — what does say something is closed plans of both kinds sitting next to each other.
That is checked on the cards below: each one carries a status, and a closed one carries its result next to the date. The boundaries of the 4H trading ranges the result is counted in are drawn by the free build of the indicator.
